About our West Covina sunroom contractor company
How I got into building sunrooms
I didn't learn sunrooms in a classroom. I taught myself how they go together from maker manuals and by studying old installs, then learned the rest working real jobs. I started this business in West Covina in 2023 because I liked the puzzle of tying a new room into a house that was never built to have one.
Here in the San Gabriel Valley, most of our calls come from people with a patio or deck they'd use a lot more if it were closed in. We've become known for the awkward ones, like an odd roofline, an older patio or a tired deck, and honestly those are the jobs I enjoy most because that's where thinking it through pays off. If something can't be known until I'm standing in your backyard, I'll say so and then go find out. You can see the kinds of rooms we build on our home page.
Licensed, insured and working by the city's rules
Licensed and fully insured
Licensed and fully insured. If you'd like to see the paperwork, ask when I come out to look at your job and I'll walk you through it.
City business license
The City of West Covina requires any business operating in the city to hold a city business license. That makes it a fair question to ask anyone you're thinking of hiring before work starts at your house.
Serving West Covina Since 2023
What it's like to work with us
You deal with me the whole way
I'm the one who comes out to look at your patio or deck, and our small crew does the build with me on site. So the person who answered your questions at the start is the same one making the calls when the walls go up.
We plan the tie-in before we order
We work out how the room ties into your house before anything gets ordered, because the spot where the new room meets the old walls and roof is where small mistakes turn into big ones. Odd rooflines and older patios get thought through first, not guessed at on build day.
We settle heating and cooling early
We help you decide early whether the room gets heating and cooling, since that one choice shapes the glass, the walls and the paperwork. When your project needs a permit, we take care of the paperwork and inspections with the city or county office that covers your address.
Where we work
West Covina Sunrooms & Patios is based in West Covina, California, and we work in the cities around it, including Covina and Baldwin Park. 12 cities have their own page on this site, but they aren't the only places we go, so if yours isn't listed, send us a note through our contact page. We reply within one business day.
